pabloio

about

Real name on the work.

pabloio is where I build small AI-native companies in public. It is a workbench, not a storefront. The things I sell live on their own domains. This page holds the person, the proof, and the loop that runs under all of it.

the machine

I run a small operation. The system is permanent. The individual projects are contestants. Each one gets the same test: $100, thirty days, five angles. About thirty percent of what I test gets discarded after the money is spent. Not pivoted. Discarded. The idea goes into a vault with its reasoning, and I move on.

The operation runs on machines I built. A video factory that turns scripts into finished films. A content pipeline with a programmatic voice gate. A per-brand identity provisioner. A bell that rings when anything sells. The part that stays human is taste. That part is the moat.

I use AI every day to build, sell, think, and operate. I am not commenting on the tools from the outside. This site is the document of what a one-person operation looks like when the tools are pointed at the oldest human wants.

the law

Project can have a brand. Proof attaches to Pablo IO.

The brands scatter outward. Wingcalm helps someone breathe on a plane without needing my biography. VCdeep hands a founder a map of the room before the meeting. Each keeps its own name. The proof points back to one place. One name holds the ledger, and the ledger is the only thing that compounds.

This is a reversal I made on purpose. For years the work shipped under invented names, and every one started at zero. The name goes on the work now. If it fails, it fails with my name on it. If it compounds, it compounds into me.

the stance

Ambitious goals are a prerequisite for a good life. If you are not almost irrationally optimistic about what you could build, you shrink your life before it has even had the chance to expand.

My edge is not being "an AI guy." My edge is creative synthesis. Worldview. Leverage. Taste. And a strategic read on where durable value sits.

Everything on this site is something I built, not just something I said. Ideas are cheap. Execution is the proof. Likes lie. Comments lie. Stripe doesn't.

the background

Global business development at Amazon before this. Now building AI-native internet businesses under my own name. The résumé is the least interesting thing here. The proof ledger is the résumé that updates itself.
